When you do not have time to maintain the hardwood floor on a regular basis, you can choose a surface completion like a water oriented completion. It does not need maintenance but only a regular cleaning like other kinds of floors. You don’t need to retreat it because it lasts for years, and it is hard wearing. This type is perfect for homeowners with children and pets. The merits of hardwood floor finishes are it contains a certain amount of flexibility structured in to the item. After this treatment is performed, you simply have to retreat the floor and it will look new again. There are no negative aspects to find on the surface treatment for the hardwood floor when you choose the water oriented treatment. There are some other treatments which can emit fumes or a bad smell while they are being put on the surface of the floor, but when you choose a water based treatment, you will not receive these kinds of problems.

The negative side of the penetrating treatment is that you will see stains immediately. But if you are careful and you also contain certain treatments for retreating areas which are spoiled in a certain way, you can also maintain the floor appearing beautiful like it was treated for the first time. If you are busy with a working schedule but you need to have beautiful floor, then it is better to choose a surface treatment. But penetrating completion also offers an attractive and sensational completion.
